This RC vehicle is a fantastic little toy. It arrives in a high-quality box and is very easy to set up right out of the package. The included instruction manual is straightforward, making it simple to get started. The controller runs on a 2.4 GHz frequency, which in theory could conflict with Wi-Fi, but I personally did not experience any issues. The truck’s tires are made of slightly softer rubber, which works really well on hardwood floors. However, the bumpers at the front and back are a harder rubber, so you’ll want to be careful to avoid denting walls or furniture. Both the controller and the truck use battery compartments secured with screws, and a small screwdriver is provided. The controller requires AA batteries (not included), while the truck comes with two 2.7 V rechargeable batteries—only one is needed at a time, which means you get a spare. Each battery has its own USB charging cable with a light indicator, though it’s not always obvious when charging is complete. Attaching the trailer to the truck is quick with a simple snap connection. The trailer has a latch on the back door that opens so you can load small items, which kids will enjoy. One downside is that the unit runs a bit loud, and the trailer tends to pick up dog hair and dust from the floor. Overall, this is a great toy for kids, especially for those interested in learning how to back up a trailer. It’s well-made, fun to use, and provides plenty of play value, just be mindful of walls and charging safety.

My son was able to master this trucks controller quite quickly (big plus, he's 4) but it's wide turns make this a toy better suited for large open space. (or he just goes around and around our kitchen/living room). * The truck has functional lights and engine sounds but the music is a bit annoying, I would have preferred to hear air break sounds, gear shifting, anything but music. * The turns are quite wide (which is understandable for its length) he loves that he can put his cars in the back and drive them around. * It drives at a decent speed especially for his age or a bit older. * The battery lasts a few hours of play, usually we bring to the park and home, he plays for about 20 minutes off/on and I charge the batteries about every other week, just so I know their charged when he wants to play. Overall, this is a fun truck with some great features that keeps my son and nieces occupied for a while, I found little pylons,(sold separately) we make a course for them to follow, adds a challenge to it. I give it 4 stars based on - performance, ease of use, quality, run time, realistic appearance, and fun value. Would recommend!

This truck comes nicely packaged and ideal for gift if that's what you purchase it for. It is a large truck that requires patience in trying to maneuver a truck - just like a real truck that you see on the road. Overall, its very well made and good for an older child that is not just looking for a fast moving racing car. I wish the batteries were built in and could be charged buy just plugging it in, instead of an exterior battery that has to be inserted each time. The battery does last a while so its not much of an issue for me.
