Actually NO. The ULTA offers a usb port also. The Ultra LT does not have a usb port to connect thumb drive etc.

Correct Answer: The LT units and Older Ultra units included a microSD card slot that allows expanding the internal memory. This allowed 90 minutes of streaming programming for backup and pause in some situations. The NEWER Ultra units (starting in 2020) have a USB Type-A port for personal photos or other media. Roku claims the newer Ultra units from 2020 with the USB did not need additional memory as they already have more than prior units. Some consumers disagree, but from my perspective there is not an abundance of disagreement. Note: Some ROKU TVs will allow you to use a USB Flash drive to accomplish what the microSD card accomplished in the older units that had the microSD card slot.
