I bought them to wear in bed to help keep a dressing on my toe in place and strangely enough, they worked!! I never expected them to! They didn't look like they would stay on my foot for more than 5mins never mind, overnight in bed. I bought 4 different coloured pairs (purple, grey, green, orange) to wear and change with throughout the day & night to help keep the dressing on my toe and for 5 days, these socks have been great! Due to the warm weather I didn't want to wear the socks I had, so I bought these hoping they would be cooler but stay on my foot and they have done exactly that. I can't fault them. I have washed them in the washing mashing and they've been fine. I can't comment on wearing them with footwear, so I've left some stars to update later when I do. On closer inspection it turned out that the gel on the soles were coming off making my shoes extremely uncomfortable. I thought maybe it was just a bad pair but have worn them all & the same thing has happened to them all. I have bought similar before and the soles have not shed their gel sole grips so can't blame my toxic feet.After washing these by hand & drip drying without using fabric conditioner the gel grips that were left continued to come off on the 2nd time of wearing & they failed to stop on my feet.
