It should have some type of filter or something. Because it feels like you’re just breathing through a straw. But it is very handy as a necklace.

I have seen these necklaces floating around and have been looking for something to help with anxiety and cut back on my vaping. I was so excited to receive and try this, however it was a flop for me. It is made of quality metal and I didn’t have any issue with getting a rash from wearing it. I love that it can on a necklace so it was easy to keep track of. I didn’t love that the part that attached to the tube went through it. So you could only breathe through the bottom which feels odd to me. Overall I didn’t see a decrease in my vaping or a reduction in my anxiety.

I am a vaper, former cigarette smoker. I was diagnosed with a blood cancer and had to get off smokes. I went to vaping, and it helped my red blood cells but at the same point knew I had to get off everything. I wanted to buy one of those Fume things, the oil cartridges with this style body, basically inhaling flavored air. However, between the cost and so many bad reviews on the flavors I steered away. Seen this, decided what the heck give it a try. As long as you use this instead of your vape or smoke and make it a habit, yes you are replacing a habit {though one where you are just breathing air is easier to break than the other 2} if you do this. success. Great quality, no sharp parts or anything of the sort, very well made.

I’ve never used one of these before, but I’ve always been curious. So I don’t know if it’s this particular breath exerciser or if they are all like this, but the breathing out did not control my length of breath whatsoever. It made my next super itchy also…but again idk if it was this particular necklace or if I have an allergy I am unaware of. Actually give it five star for looks, though it looked really cool on my neck and with all of my fits.

The concept of the necklace is to focus your attention on your breathing, just as in any meditation or relaxation exercise. It really doesn't help you quit smoking and isn't going to replace the craving, it's a relaxation tool. So don't think that wearing this necklace is going to cure you of smoking / vaping - that you need to do on your own!The necklace itself is actually very nice, and it seems well made. I wouldn't wear it as a fashion statement, but it's not horrible! It's well constructed of stainless steel, and the little wheel around it spins as an additional fidget gizmo. I like the length of the chain because I can just throw it over my head when I want to use it. Of course if you would like to be more discreet and not wear it around your neck, you can remove it from the chain and put it in your pocket.
