Wire is sturdy still use it with care.

It's an amazing product however the design could have been a long and slim instead of short and thick or may be both designs should be available so that we can choose due to body being short the wire is also short and sometimes hard to manage and also the fact that the wire can snap because it is short

It doesn't start. Instead of charging, the battery is decreasing. The cable it came with is useless. Normally, I can charge it using my regular phone charger, but this time it's not charging at all — the battery keeps dropping instead. Doesn't deserve any start. Minus everything. Also, it'snon returnable, I hv applied for exchange let's see. I will write more on seller n product later
