Purchased this on a whim hoping it would help with my chronic back pain but feared it would fall short of the glowing reviews. Well I just received it this afternoon and was eager to give it a try for a quick first session. I put on a relaxing playlist and laid down on it around 3 pm. Definitely some discomfort at first but that faded away fairly quickly. Focusing on my breathing helped to distract from the initial discomfort. It’s hard for me to describe the almost journey like experience I just had. I typically have a lot of pain in my mid back area from a L3/L4 herniation and this is where I felt the intense warmth the most when on the mat. It’s now 4:37 and I just woke up on the mat. I am feeling very relaxed and my back feels a deep warmth. I can’t believe I was asleep for that long and the level of relaxation I feel which has compelled me to write this review. Granted I’ve only had one session on this mat but it’s equaled or surpassed the level of relaxation I’ve ever had from the hundreds of deep tissue massages I’ve had over the years. Excited to continue on this journey and see what kind of results I can achieve over the coming months. Highly recommend!

These are just magic. After acclimating to the spikes you’ll find that your body just loves it amd needs it.

My nephew came to visit and had one of these with him which he allowed me to try. I really like the way it feels. It is painful, but if you can endure it for the first few minutes, it does really feel good. The quality is good. The shipping and arrival and packaging were excellent.
