Will return to update shortly on long term, but for now...I've only had the product for two days, but the first pill had an effect on me within 30 minutes. I realise this may be placebo, or I may build tolerance, or psychosomatic but I felt like the 'real me' for the first time in 10 years. Good energy, motivation to get things done, no aches or pains, less apathetic.I couldn't quite believe it so I researched Prof Birkmayer. Apparently he inherited the work from his father, and he has continued this research. His Dad (born early 1900s) lived to 82, and Prof Birkmayer himself is 80 at the moment. Not 'amazing lifespans', but still, longer than average lifespans.Going to update this review in a month or so to let you know how it's all going.UPDATE: Still incredible, unbelievable effects. Works for me. Give it a try.UPDATE 4 MONTHS LATER: Less of an effect now, but maybe this is my 'new normal'. If only we could get it on prescription.
