This wick is of outstanding quality, the wood doesn’t instantly become ashes after burnt which makes them strong and resistant, even for outdoors, I have used other brands that become ashes instantly and that causes the fire to be very weak and the candle not so easy to light.

These do not stay lit! Maybe it will work if you soak them in some type of lighter fluid and double them up? Very frustrating to have a nice candle with a garbage wick.

As it should be

Starts off strong but then becomes a weak flame. This candle is using coconut soy wax which has a low melt point. Wick was soaked in olive oil 10 minutes. Not impressed. Would like to love them but at this point can't. It could be I need to use two wicks simultaneously. I'll update I figure out a way to get a flame out of them.

This doesn't even make sense. I had to dump it. it wasn't worth my while returning. it burns too quickly and it's like paper. Conceptually a great idea - practically worthless

The media could not be loaded. I had a problem with getting these babies to keep a consistent flame. Wax was still melting evenly, but the flame was minuscule. I tried using two wicks stacked together, soaked in olive oil first. Voila, problem solved. Not very much a crackling sound, which is kind of a bummer (hence the loss of one star).

Would not re-order, these are paper thin wicks
