Short Review: Speeds shows in pics are using the old USB 3.0 port. Also Excellent caring tech support.Long Review:12 years old I had bought a 2.5 inch SATA enclosure and it was one of the best decisions ever from many points of view. Endurance and reliability are paramount to me and my SATA drive in USB 3.0 enclosure still both work but running out of space. So fast forward to now, I bought a gen 4, 2TB NVMe SSD, with high TBW and eventually plan to put SSD in a newer laptop down the line, but in the meantime wanted to use this drive as a backup drive so I needed enclosure for it and I came across this one and the specifications and feature just made the most sense.I am using a 11+ year old laptop with USB 2.0 & 3.0 ports ONLY. No USB 3.1 or 3.2 or 4 (which generally use a form factor USB-C type BUT / SO remember not all USB-C are USB 3.1 and above hence then you WILL get slower speeds if/because your computer/device has the older ports) After I got the drive and setup everything, I ran multiple speed test and have posted the results with this review.Now the best part of this enclosure is the after sales support. Here is the background, I contacted the support because during my testing of several GB of data over many hours, I noticed that the fan never came on. So I contacted them and let me tell you, the after sales just impressed me. I don’t know if it was 1 person or several individuals but I messaged with them several times over WhatsApp and each time this person(s) always had a thorough knowledge, understanding, and comprehension of their product … and SINCERE WILLINGNESS to help out their customer and put their customer FIRST. Even on weekends and around midnight hours, they would THOROUGHLY help you out... these are real geeks / nerds who know their stuff but with humility and professionalism help you understand what’s happening. They explained that 1) This is a smart fan (which I knew) but the fan kicks in if temperature crosses 63 degree for 30 seconds (Which I did NOT know). You open Crystaldiskinfo and check the temp. I checked on diskinfo my temp and it NEVER crossed 42 degrees Celsius… and probably never will if connected to USB 3.0. Likely only if connected to USB 3.2 will enough heat be generated, 2) Small fans have a limited life span hence even in laptops they are not always running but come on only when needed. 3) As seen by the temp monitor, the aluminum shell wicks away the heat efficiently passively without the fan, which probably will be scenario for most of us in most circumstances 4) They could have made this a cheaper product by keeping the fan always on but decided to include the extra circuit at extra cost to make it ‘smart’ so that in case you do end up generating heat beyond 63 degrees e.g. if connected to USB 3.2, then the product will not 'just' passively cool it but ALSO actively cool it with the fan. Just the right balance / optimization !! It gives me assurance that they have done everything that can be done to give my drive and enclosure the maximum endurance and reliability.Everything has been though of. Both types of cables are included ... USB A to C … and USB C to C… both cables have management Velcro straps … great enclosure case …. And tools free installation of drive in the enclosure … And the packaging was excellent.I’m more than satisfied with this product and want to say thank you to their excellent support, which I did not expect by a company unknown to me.

I really liked this product overall. The build quality is good, and it performs well. However, I noticed that the fan is not working, which causes the enclosure to heat up more than expected. It would be great if the fan issue could be resolved. Apart from that, it's a solid and useful product.

Firstly, this is my first time using an internal SSD externally. I was unsure about the brand. I thought about giving it a go after going through your website. My honest opinion - I simply loved the product right from the very moment I took it in my hand. The packaging, the case provided, the way things were organized, the premium build of the enclosure along with easy to follow instructions manual and nevertheless, a surprise phone mount as a gift. These small things matter a lot to tech freak geeks like us. Installation was super easy. Its performing pretty well with the Crucial p3 plus 1 tb nvme SSD. Bang on. Great product and overall a great experience. Looking forward to becoming a fan of your brand!

I ordered a second one after the first ran great, but I received a defective unit that keeps disconnecting every 5 minutes. I thought the "so-called" 15-month warranty had me covered, only to hear from customer support that I am liable for whatever repair comes over the same, and the PCB has to be changed. ( for which I have to pay upfront, or they won't give me a replacement if it is an external factor causing this issue- a very vague umbrella covering warranty ) Citing that it is caused by static.In my opinion, it is a hit and miss. The entire shazam around them being a Indian company does the end consumer no good since the after sales services have a long way to go.

Easy to assemble and use. Comes in all required cables and handy pouch as well. I havent yet seen the smart fan kicking in, probably because the drive never reached the critical temp during my usage. Overall good product.

The case is perfect for low temp SSD usage. The included case is icing on the cake. You won’t get any better enclosure even at double the price range.

Basically the product is overall good, but I don't know why it is only giving me the speed of near 400mbps in C to C type connection ...!! If someone have any solution over it, then please help... Thankyou...

I loved the product. Very very affordable , small in size, with fan. Cooling fan is very useful and we are getting this specifications in this price is awesome.. if temperature rises fan will automatically turn on.. fast, handy, and very useful.
