LCE Liposomal Iron Powder 21 mg, Iron Supplement, 30 Sachets

This is the supplement I have been looking for a while! I’ve been taking it for a week and so far so good. Tastes great and is easy to take.

Great taste and great for traveling. Ive been taking a liquid iron that is easy on my stomach for several years. But always hard to travel with it. I recently purchased these and hope they’ll be easy on stomach as well. So far the best way to take when traveling. Ill update on any difference in a few days

Literally the best iron supplement on the market. Tastes like a pixie stick with a very mild metal aftertaste. I pot it directly into my mouth.

I have anemia, and these were recommended by a doctor. I have found them to be easy in the stomach and they taste great. I just rip the pouch and pour into my mouth. Simple and easy. I am not sure if it has worked to bring my numbers up yet though.

Tastes better than most iron supplements and is easy on my stomach. Convenient packets and no unpleasant aftertaste.

I have issues with my iron because of Gastric bypass but this has actually kept my levels normal giving me more time in between infusions.

I have had iron deficiency anemia for several years now and have failed to get my levels up to a normal range because I do not like take the ferrous sulfate tabs due to the stomach issues and constipation. I have never heard of this product before but was instantly interested when I saw that it claims to be gentle on the stomach. I did notice that the box that I received has a little different instructions than what is listed on the current photos. To my surprise, it says to pour the powder directly into your mouth and then says can be taken with or without water. I thought that seemed very unpleasant, so I dissolved it in water and drank it over about 10 minutes. It dissolved very quickly and had a very light berry taste that was pleasant. No metallic taste at all. Of course, the best part is that I have no stomach issues or constipation! No black, tarry stools either. It's hard to tell yet if it is working as well as my normal ferrous sulfate tabs as it does take a while of consistent iron consumption for it to build up in the body to acceptable levels. But I will continue to take this until it runs out. The only con I see the is price. For 1 month supply (assuming I take it daily) for $45 usd is just too expensive for me right now.

I was honestly surprised by these! I had to stop taking a heavy dose via a capsule because it hurt my stomach. I haven't had my iron/ferritin checked since switching to this, but I can tell you that it does not hurt my stomach and it actually tastes really good. I had seen an online video where the woman said it was delicious and tasted like Jello. I didn't believe her, but I can confirm, it tastes like Jello lol. I usually cannot do artificial sweeteners, but this doesn't have that taste to me. I actually look forward to it and use it as my sweet treat to stay away from other sweets after lunch.
