I'm usually not a big gum fan, but I wanted to try this as I know gum can help relax and this one is made from clean, healthy ingredients. I love the flavor and mouth feel and that it leaves my teeth feeling clean. I also do feel like it helps calm me. Will def purchase again!

This gum is AWFUL. I don’t even know how it is considered gum. It crumbles as soon as you put it in and NEVER gums together. I was spitting out gum gravel for 15 minutes.

The mind thinks what the minds wants to think. Almost 9 bucks for one pack of 8 gums… be careful and read well before buying. My mistake.

I tried this gum because I love having fresh breath and prefer to chew a piece after eating. As a Type 2 diabetic, this is a wonderfully healthy option—zero sugar! The taste is quite good, but if you are looking for an explosion of flavor that imitates brushing your teeth, there are better choices. The flavor is minty but mild (not overbearing). A nice balance of flavor and function.

This is exactly what I need to quickly relax when I’m on edge at work. I had a huge project due and Calm gum helped me stay focused and calm in the race to finish and present it. It worked much quicker than I thought it would!! 10/10 for work stress.
