Just used it for the first time today. Great product. Tastes good, feels soothing. Hopefully it’ll help with my receding gums. However, I’m not sure what the mouthguard is for. I thought I didn’t get the tongue scraper, but it’s hiding in the box.

This is the king of toothbrush. This is the toothbrush you’ve been waiting for. This toothbrush make brushing your teeth enjoyable. It is soft in the gums, soften the tongue and it makes you feel like your teeth and gum is being ugly by a nice soft teddy bear yet leave your teeth totally clean. Before using. This toothbrush brushing my teeth was a chore now it is a delight and I find myself brushing my teeth more often. You should all try it and let me know if you agree with me. Come back to this post and said yes, you were right or whatever your experience is. Let me know it. Now let’s talk about the pulling oil. You can literally feel your tongue clean. You feel your mouth clean. And when you do the blood test it last up to 12 or 24 hours maybe longer. But when I pulled a 12 hour shift and do the bread test. My breath is still fresh. This is no good you all. This is a real deal . Now I’m waiting for him to come out with a special brand of toothpaste because I know it’s gonna be good. It’s gonna be worth it, and it will be and I love, beautiful, clean teeth and fresh breath.

A friend recommended this product to me and as a former smoker, I had stains and problematic teeth and gums. Since I began using this product in June of this year (2024), I have noticed my teeth look and feel significantly whiter and cleaner. Even my gums and teeth feel tighter and more secure. I've tried multiple flavors, and the cinnamon is by far the best tasting. As a precaution, be sure to not spit this out into your sink as it will clog the drain. I've forgotten several times and had a clogged drain. They even include a tongue scraper, a soft-bristled toothbrush, and tooth tray if you decide to try that, which I haven't. I was embarrassed to smile before trying this product and now I smile with confidence! I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to improve the health of your teeth and gums!

I have used a different brand of cinnamon/clove flavored oil for oil pulling but had heard good things of GuruNanda and wanted to try it out. I noticed that this oil wasn't as thick as the other brand - which for me made it easier to swish without gagging because the texture was easier for me. I also noticed that the flavor for me was stronger which wasn't so strong that it was bad - it was just strong enough so that it was "tasty" flavored. Which again helped me not to gag. I love that it came with a little cup. The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars though was simply because I could taste when I spit it out tea tree. I knew that it had tea tree oil in it because it said it in the description but I was hoping that the flavor of it would be covered up. And while swishing I cannot "taste" it - but when I spit out then I can. Just a note in case anyone else has issues with tea tree. I think it will be something I will be able to get used to over time. I kind of hope that they will come out with a mouthwash in cinnamon/clove flavor as that is the toothpaste flavor I use as well. OH but the toothbrush - Super soft bristles. I LOVE it. And it feels good to use after doing the oil pulling. And the tongue scraper was like a bonus. And just like any other I guess? I think if they could get rid of the tea tree taste or if they would make a "mild" version without the tea tree in it - I would love that. As far as "is this working" I have only used this product a couple times so far. So I don't know if it works any better than any other oil pulling product. But I do know that I will continue to purchase this brand if I continue to have the less sensitivity and feeling of a clean mouth and the lightening up of the stains on my teeth that I have noticed since starting oil pulling.

A good addition to daily habits especially if you have any kind of dental problems.It doesn’t burn or leave a bad taste.

This is a great product. I was having trouble with my gums being sensitive and hurting. So I started using the pulling mouth wash, toothpaste and the whitening mouth wash. I can tell you that my mouth has never felt so clean. Is no longer sore and my gums are improving. My teeth are becoming so white. I just wished I would have taken a before and after picture.

To start I have good experience using holistic and ayurvedic medicine / self care products, and find them to work amazingly in combination with the usual medicine (I.e. ashwagandha and melatonin making me sleep through the night). This also includes previous use of regular cold pressed coconut oil to oil pull. I found that within a week of my previous attempts, a few things visibly and internally felt better. First and foremost my gums, which were always ok, but never perfect, have never been so healthy. Flossing adjacent to oil pulling makes the flossing job easier and helps you get that thorough clean, which is really the best for gum health. Secondly I felt my teeth are way cleaner after using oil pulling at the start of my routine, both morning and evening. Its as if my brushing works even better after oil pulling for around 20 mins. Finally I see a great difference in tone, as my teeth are going from a yellow, stained colour to a regular, light bone colour. However, from previous oral care mistakes I suffer from small areas of gum recession, as I know its a hereditary thing on both sides of my family. This impacts mainly my appearance as well as making flossing a harder endeavour as you seem to never be able to keep the gum / tooth transition clean from tar tar. So as I was looking through some remedies I saw many of the ingredients included in this oil listed as being good for stopping and possibly reversing superficial recession, as in slight pushing back of my gums due to poor brushing technique. After using this oil I can confidently tell you that it has worked wonders on my gums. It still keeps all the qualities of coconut oil, minus the strange taste when warming up the solid coconut oil, which isn't the case in this product, while also making an impressive amount of improvement in my gums (one specific tooth having almost a point at the top rounding off slowly with consistent use. I found as well that my teeth are stronger and way less sensitive to anything, whether it be harder foods or cold water, my teeth feel extremely good. Only issue I noticed had nothing to do with the product, it had to do with the marketing. The issue is that the people marketing this product on tik tok fail to talk about how this should be integrated into your oral routine, further backing opposition to the practice due to people using user error and turning it into a reason not to oil pull (specifically doctors with sneaky deals on their page or in their practices website) You should always follow some routine like the following: Oil pulling (can do 5-20 mins up to how much time you have), flossing, brushing your teeth with fluoride toothpaste, optionally a water pik previous to or after brushing and finally a mouthwash of your choice. This eliminates the user error aspect and upholds proper oral hygiene while adding the benefits of oil pulling simultaneously.

I love this. I very rarely write a review, but this really deserves one. I use this along with flossing and the incidental brushes and after three months I returned to the dentist and my teeth checked and he was amazed that the deep pockets I had at the between my back teeth were no longer there. I have recommended this to several friends. It taste really nice too!
