I opened the package after few days, but found these two brackets very difficult to open, separate and operate. the nut/bolt and the angle is hard to loosen and use.

Received in good packing.Very minor manufacturing defect. The rod got bend after fastening the rope. It looks strong so far. Slight chipping, May rust later. It will solve the purpose for what it was bought, drying clothes. Rope length is 40 feet so a distance between the two rods need to be maintained at 9 feet approx.
