So far, not a reliable product. Awaiting Customer service response
The battery looked sketch when it arrived but we gave it the benefit of doubt. We mounted the battery into the scooter and it worked great again for 2 weeks.Then the scooter stopped charging and upon inspection of battery, all 4 plastic screw mounts were broken off and the battery rubbed against the wires causing them to break. I’ve reached out to customer service and waiting to see if they will make this right with their product.***Update… They replaced their product.
