This is why I give 5 stars! The issues I was having. I just bought it I hooked it up put 2 kids shirts an a small towel in to try it out. It over flowed. The water never stopped. The spin cycle works but it never it never spun to wash and like I said it didn’t never get to a ranch or anything like that because when filling on the lowest setting possible and the lowest water amount pressure coming in, it’s still overflowed. I literally had to stop it and put it on spin in order for it to drain out….

Washer was good. Dryer is awful and spins like a dryer and does not dry at all

I honestly love this washer. I’m living on my own now and don’t have a washer or dryer in my apartment so this is perfect. It’s small so it will fit just about anywhere. Don’t let the size fool you. It has a big tub so it can fit a good amount of clothes. Not quite big enough for a comforter. It’s easy to use. It’s loud but not awful compared to a regular sized washer. It’s not the highest quality but it still gets the job done. The thing I don’t like is that there’s a gap between the tub and the outer plastic part (I’ll drop a picture) so if you get it too full it can splash over the tub which can cause leaking on the floor. I’m sure this situation could be easily fixed by the manufacturer. Obviously don’t over fill because you won’t get a good clean. The agitation is great. The air dry cycle isn’t great. 90 minutes somewhat dries a regular load of clothes but I always hang dry after 90 minutes. If you wanted to completely dry them in the washer it would probably take around four 90 minute rounds but that’s a rough estimate as I haven’t tried to fully dry (90 being the max dry time). Be careful when pushing down on the clip to release the lint trap. I pushed it too hard and it snapped. Messaged the seller and they sent me a replacement part free which is great. All in all I say buy it.

Is to set up, fits in a small compact area. We can connect it to a faucet but most the time we manually fill it as it is just easier for the space that we have. Save us time and money instead of having to go to our laundromat. So far no issues, can hold a lot of clothes, cleans them well. Works great in our apartment!

I've lived in an apartment with a laundry room for years and dread doing it. My good friend purchased one and suggested it, and damn if it's not been a great decision. The machine is quiet and does a terrific job of washing all my stuff. With laundry room prices at $7 wash n dry, I'll save money in no time. I'm so glad I bought one before the tariffs kick in. EDIT: Hook up to your bathroom sink and drain into either toilet or tub. You want the drain hose as LOW as possible or you WILL BURN OUT THE PUMP.

I’m very disappointed with this washing machine. It stopped working properly after a short time, and the quality does not match the price. I also had a very frustrating experience trying to get support and a return solution. The process has been stressful and time-consuming. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
