Does its job
It does its job, but after about an hour and a half it's not that cool at all and it has to be set up all over again.

This jacket allows me to survive the heat.
I am heat-intolerant due to having long term MS. Soaking then freezing this vest means I can cope during the increasing heatwaves we get in the UK. Without this vest I would have to sit in a room with curtains drawn next to a fan. Wearing the vest enables me to mow the lawn for example, so keeps life a lot more normal.
