This grounding mat/body sheet is made of a unique blend of natural materials: 70% bamboo fiber and 30% silver. It is easy to make a ground connection because the surface has high conductivity: < 1 Ohm per sq. inch. The silver gives it anti-bacterial and anti-odor qualities with greater than 50 dB EMF attenuation too! This fabric feels great against the skin, is washable, conductive, and offers exceptionally high RF shielding performance. When any part of your body is in contact with the grounding pad/mat you absorb the earth's energy/electrons. Use it while awake (studying, watching TV, relaxing, etc.) or while sleeping. The grounding pad/mat connects to the earth with a grounding cord; one end connects to the mat with a snap or clip, the other/pronged end inserts into the ground port of an electrical outlet. This listing is for one grounding body sheet/mat that measures approximately 144" long: The grounding section of the mat is approximately 58" long while the 'tucking' sections (non-conductive) on both ends measure approximately 43" long with a width of 15". There is a 1" binding around the entire mat which adds to its structural integrity. The conductive portion of this pad/mat is mauve/dusty rose. This pad/mat comes with an 8' grounding cord. Excellent Product for Improved Sleep
I've had sleep issues for years. This Stay Grounded mat did more for me than anything else that I've tried. It provided me with a much sounder, higher quality of sleep and an increased duration of sleep. I still have issues falling asleep, but this mat provides me with a good sleep once I get to sleep. I highly recommend trying it if you have sleep issues.

Better sleep quality and more daytime energy
I was looking for a product to help with awful nightmares that I've struggled with since childhood. I noticed a difference within one nights rest. My dreams were less disruptive to my sleep and I have better focus during the day. My sleep lacks when I go on vacation, so much so, that I've started bringing my mat with me on my trips.
