I got these for myself to rehab my wrist after a sprain. I have been seeing a hand therapist, so I haven't been using them yet but she doesn't recommend it at this point, but I will definitely be using them once I get the go-ahead. I really like them. The squeezy Donuts are really nice and have too weight capacities depending on which way you squeeze them, and the finger strengtheners are nice and thick. I have already started using them with my other hand and I love them. My husband is also using them as he works in construction and sometimes needs the extra strength in his hands and fingers.
