Make sure you know the size it comes in

When I took it out I was quite shocked at how small it was maybe I should’ve made the size 1st but when I put it up in my small toilet it looked beautiful and expensive no regrets

Product has to be assembled yourself by fitting the cord and is quite fiddly

Very good product, could be a bit longer for me but still ok.Was missing in first delivery but customer service sorted out quite fast.Can recommend definitely.

Very hard to install

Couldn't fathom out how you installed this at all, eventually gave in & attached the drop pull to my existing hanging bathroom handle rope. Thought it would have looked nice with a silver chain, but couldn't work it out. Absolutely no instructions with it to tell you what to do.
