Previous times I did not use anything like this. This time around I need all the help I can get. These stimulators are easy to use. They glide across your face over the muscles and nerves, and is soothing/relaxing, which is a good thing since people with bells palsy need to have those muscles relax. I can see a difference with less drooping after each use. They come in a set of two, which is nice.
