Great phone, arrived almost immediately
5* for the phone. 10* for the seller. Bought this via Amazon Mobile Deals. Great phone, arrived almost immediately!Seller was incredibly helpful, kept me up to date, an all round brilliant experience and delighted with the phone several weeks on. An easy transition from Samsung and an improvement in my opinion.

Worst phone in history
Worst phone in history. It has a well known issue that at 20% it will shut off and within 6 months it goes down to 40% it will suddenly shut off. Look on reddit reviews it is well known. I contacted HTC they will not replace the battery even within a few months of buying it showed issues.The lens cover was plastic not glass so you had to get it changed. Then the internal!! wow they installed a news app that I have so far disabled 13 times and it KEEPS coming back. Look at the peel remote that they sold off and it now does full screen adverts saying I have a virus!! They also admitted to that and said on twitter "just disable it" except it keeps re enabling itself. NEVER BUY HTC!
