Sharp, affordable, and better than my set’s bread knife
This Omesata 8‑inch bread knife surprised me. It’s extremely sharp, cuts through homemade bread and sourdough with no effort, and honestly works better than the longer bread knife that came with my full knife set. For the price, it’s a great buy.

Sharp Practical Quality and Inexpensive
I own a Vast amount of knives and I consider myself good at maintaining them.Some are very expensive. I have a strop that I use to tweak them on occasions. This knife is fantastic for several uses and if it ever gets dull just buy a new one. Well made. Practical length. Great for every day use and as a stocking stuffer.

Best bread knife ever!
This knife is better than my German-made Henkels! I needed it to "thinly" cut my home made bread. It did so smooth as butter. Very sharp. Extremely happy. Its sturdy too.

As other reviews have said, this knife is very sharp. I got it to cut some home made sourdough that I was having a hard time cutting with a regular knife. It cuts really good. I also used it to cut up some iceberg lettuce. Goes through it like butter. All in all, I am happy with the price and the sharpness of the knife.

A Perfect, Affordable Bread Knife
