On my 7th EV and I finally found the perfect at home level 2 charger! It does everything you need and the app is simple and helpful. Plug it in and it does the job at the maximum level your car needs and the slows at the end to prevent overheating and damage. Clean look, ability to charge anything quickly and easily.

Only complaint is that you have to take off multiple covers to set the amps if you want it to max out at less than 50 which most people probably won't need to do. Other than that, it's great and I would recommend. It has a great design and the app, while still a little less refined, is very configurable. I like that you can set the amps in 1 amp increments from 6 to max. Their scheduled charging interferes with the vehicles set schedule, so I just shut it off. The cord is thick, but maliable so it seems like it will last.

Autel has been doing the Auto industry right for a while now. Their automotive diagnostic equipment is the choice of many that are not in the dealership environment. I've had this for months now, take it with me to my other property and its flawless.

I purchased the Autel on a Prime day and got a very good deal on it, over $150 less than the next, least expensive charger. The 25' length cable is a BIG plus for me, allowing me flexibility in parking the car. It's the longest of any of the chargers that I found at the time. It's an excellent charger, in both operation and design. It does the job, reliably and without fail. It has very stable current and has never had a fault or overheated, as the OEM GM charger frequently did. The mounting hardware is simple and capable. Anyone can install this charger. The app still needs some work with the UX, but it's enough for my undemanding needs. I would recommend this charger to anyone. Small con: The cable is on the thicker side and becomes stiff in the winter, but I just let it lay on the garage floor, rather than coil it. State of Charge (on Youtube) tested the Autel and when chilled in his freezer test, the release mechanism of the plug broke on a 6' drop test, so be careful in the cold (Autel did send a replacement part for him).

I purchased one of these chargers in Nov 2024 and it worked fine until Sep 2025. The app is okay with a decent interface. My issue is with customer service when I began having trouble with my charger. My vehicle was in service for a short while and the charger stopped powering up. I reached out to customer service and have spent the last several days proving the electricity works at my plug including the requirement to hire a licensed electrician to come to my house. Now that we have completed that and proven the device still will not power up, I can no longer use the app to communicate my issue and have to use email instead. I have now had to re-submit all of the same information again via email to try to resolve whatever the issue is and the customer service team is still focused on my electricity instead of trying to resolve the issue. I am completely dissatisfied with the lack of product life and the even more frustrating interaction with customer service.

Since I had the 240 14-50 outlet already installed it took less than 20 mins to install and activate. I was able to use TOU feature in the app and set up to charge at low electric rate times. This product is not part of BGEs ev charging station incentive so missed out on a rebate from my utility company. Price was great I paid about $300 on sale so was satisfied with the price. Charges at 8.5 to 9 kw, performance is good. Charging cable gets warm not hot, cable length is more than adequate.
