Review: Do not recommend. - I would not recommend this product. While my daughter loved it, after 2 months it stopped working. We started having issues with the battery. It wouldn’t stay charged and eventually it just quit working all together. I contacted Hover 1, and they told me it wasn’t under warranty anymore. I asked where I could buy a replacement battery and they said there isn’t one for this product. They told me to find a bike repair shop, so basically I’m stuck with a non working product. Poor customer service

Got this for my son and he hasn't stopped riding it yet. Great bike! Wouldn't recommend for someone over the age of 7 or so.

I would not recommend this product. While my daughter loved it, after 2 months it stopped working. We started having issues with the battery. It wouldn’t stay charged and eventually it just quit working all together. I contacted Hover 1, and they told me it wasn’t under warranty anymore. I asked where I could buy a replacement battery and they said there isn’t one for this product. They told me to find a bike repair shop, so basically I’m stuck with a non working product. Poor customer service

This bike is amazing!! I bought it in December 2024 as a gift for my then 4 year old son. 8 months later and he is still riding it around our backyard like crazy. It still works and so does the charger. The one thing I will say is DO NOT LEAVE IT OUT IN THE RAIN!! We have a spot to put it away to prevent it from getting wet now because a few months back it did stop working because it was constantly out in the rain. My husband took it apart and there was a bunch of water inside. Once he dumped the water, let it dry and put it back together it started working right away.
