Excellent quality! Very clean, bright whites, not dark, dirty or old looking, dried just right, smells correct, crunches and snaps nicely, rehydrates and tastes correct. I highly recommend this brand. It'll probably last in a few months or longer

I am VERY IMPRESSED with the Quality of these Mushrooms!!!!! I received my Order from Amazon in a Large Box 📦 😀 (which was VERY WELL DONE by them) which prevented any breakage during Shipping 🚢. When I opened the box, I was VERY impressed with the Size of the Mushrooms. And I had a feeling they would be GREAT. I was Wrong: They were FANTASTIC!!!!! I opened the the sturdy plastic pouch & placed them in a bowl 🥣 & poured hot water over them. They are Succulent, Tender & very Flavorful. And they taste as good as fresh!!!! They're better than fresh because you'll want to use the soaking water. No. Sand. No. Grit. It's been a long time since I wrote a Review for anything, but I felt compelled to. It's a lot of money 💰 for dried mushrooms, but they're well worth it. The package will cover at least 12 bowls of Ramen & could go farther. But they're SO wonderful you'll probably dream about them!!!! Definitely gonna reorder them.

These are great! I originally g9t them as a gift & now I've ordered two more for myself! They are great for mushroom soup! You just add warm water & let them soak for about 20 minutes to puff up. Then add to what you are cooking. I only wish the bag was bigger for the price. But if you think about it, with zero food waste as when buying fresh shrooms~ they are worth it to have mushrooms on hand always!! Love them! Long shelf life, great taste, great versatility! Please bring down the price a tad!

Very nice quality product

I was not expecting a bag this big! I love adding mushrooms to soup and ramen and these definitely work well. If I make a cup of noodles I just throw the mushrooms in before I put it on the stove or in the microwave and they are the perfect texture by the time the noodles are cooked.

I’m anxious to use these. My son hates mushrooms so I can use them in my portions.

I've never bought mushrooms in this form before & am now wondering; why not? These hydrated beautifully & smell & taste delicious. The recloseable bag actually recloses.
