Awesome stuff!
This helps so much! I have had a horrible swelling in my lower legs and ankles. Within 1 day of taking this as directed, the swelling has gone down! After 2 weeks, you couldn't tell I ever swelled! Love this will definitely buy again

Doesn't work on swelling feet.
The taste was ok. I used the entire jar but didn't notice any improvement in the swelling of my feet. It did help with digestion.

Me a servido demasiado , mi cuerpo tiende a retener muchos líquidos y eso lo noto en mis pies y manos desde el tercer día noté un cambio ya me quedaban mis anillos cuesta un poco disolverlo pero ya aprendí a cómo hacerlo tienes que moverlo con una cuchara durante un minuto

Not working on me
I'm on my third container. First two were golden powder, this third is a brown powder. Makes me wonder if something wrong? I have not seen any difference in the fluid in my right buttocks, thigh & knee area. It all started after having a lymphnode removed May 2025. I thought I'd give it 3 months, if no change soon will not spend more to not work.

Be patient
This does not have a very good taste. It's kinda like medicine. It took about 7 weeks before I began to feel any difference. I spent 7 weeks dragging myself around doing chores until one day I realized this morning I kinda feel good not completely good but better than I had in awhile. But I have not really seen any reduction in the size of my feet and legs. I've decided to stay the course and take it for 6 months. The other problem I have with it is that my skin has dried up. I had been taking some medicine from Christane Northrup which had been hydrating my skin from within and the effects were like a miracle. Well when I started taking the lymph go, I stopped taking it. I thought that they would be perhaps fighting each other. So now I have dry skin again. I'm still going to give the lymph go the full 6 months and see what happens. The lymph go makes me feel physically much better than I did overall.

Tastes great and helps me feel lighter!
I’m really loving this supplement! The pineapple flavor is delicious and refreshing, and I feel less bloated and lighter after using it regularly. It really helps with circulation and detox support, and I like that it’s made with natural ingredients. A great addition to my wellness routine!
