I have yale in 2 locks and these in the other 2. The problem I have is sometimes when locking the latching didn't work and had to do another 360 turn to get it to lock. until I discovered this I left the house unlocked on a few occasions. These keys also only fit in one way. I find the yale security more reliable though I don't know if it is more secure

OK, I'm not sure how necessary anti snapping and anti jiggling locks really are, but if I want to secure my home with locks, why wouldn't I have good ones? And these apparently resist such attacks. Replacing the old eurolocks with these was very straightforward, but it always is with eurolocks. I bought these to replace the locks supplied with a couple of new upvc doors which were dozily not keyed alike. Also I can't see why you'd want a key on the inside of the door. That's why I ordered these, two keyed alike locks with thumbturns, or thumbscrews as my daughter will insist on calling them. They were supplied with 5 keys, which is a real plus, have you seen what lock firms charge for additional keys? In use they have a very smooth operation. They are also supplied with plastic covers for the thumbscrews which helps a bit with the normal eurolock condensation.

I was looking to make life easier for my disabled parent. Opening a lock with a key has become impossible for them. So i thought I’d change the locks for keyless interior. When these arrived I quickly discovered that locks look similar but are completely different. I contacted the seller who explained what I needed to measure and then which locks i needed. They couldn’t supply them but told me of a company that would. I am giving 5 stars because I feel this company went above and beyond to help.

Does not work. Absolute rubbish and actually got locked out of our house today as the key wouldnt work! Had to climb over the garage to get in the back way, and managed to undo it with the thumbscrew from inside. Disgraceful! My husband has a lot of experience fitting locks, and never had trouble like this before. I highly recommend not buying this product as you'll probably end up needing a locksmith! We would like a refund but can't seem to contact anyone!

Good fit useful having a single key and I love the thumb lock rather than an internal key . Much better easy to fit and use. Anti snap, anti bump and drill claimed but not tested

Easy to install. Good quality lock. I like that I could buy multiple locks that use same key meaning I can use same key for front and back door to save fumbling around.
