Helps me relax and sleep better
I’ve had a great experience with this magnesium glycinate. One of the main reasons I bought it was to help me wind down at night, and it definitely delivers. It makes me feel calm and a little drowsy in a good way, which helps me fall asleep easier. I also like that it’s gentle on my stomach compared to other supplements I’ve tried. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my nighttime routine and I would buy it again.

Helpful for sleep and leg cramps
I have purchased this supplement for both of my pregnancies to help with restless legs and insomnia and it really works! I had relief from pregnancy related leg cramping at night within days of starting this supplement. And they never returned as long as I was taking it. I also had difficulty falling asleep and I see a difference in that as well with continued use. I am able to calm down fast at night and have more restful sleep. I love that this is a brand that I trust to create a product that my body can easily absorb unlike some other more affordable brands.

Good version
This is a good version of magnesium. My wife has issues with different magnesium pills. This is her favorite and the only one she uses now.
