Helps me relax and sleep better
I’ve had a great experience with this magnesium glycinate. One of the main reasons I bought it was to help me wind down at night, and it definitely delivers. It makes me feel calm and a little drowsy in a good way, which helps me fall asleep easier. I also like that it’s gentle on my stomach compared to other supplements I’ve tried. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my nighttime routine and I would buy it again.

My buying experience.
I am not a doctor or pharmacist, so I cannot make any claims about effectiveness, the efficacy, or benefits of using this product. What I can comment on is my buying experience and the Amazon ordering process. To that end, I found that the selection of the product right through to the product arrival was "just as advised," and I am happy that I received exactly what I ordered and in the time frame advised. One other comment I will make is that you have to look carefully at the listings you get from your searches. Be careful to go through past just the first few items at the top of the list, which are often paid-for recommendations by vendors, and not necessarily the best quality or the cheapest (if that is important to you). The product I selected was, for me, a good value for my money.

Great Supplement!
This is a terrific supplement and brand. The capsules are easy to swallow with no odor or aftertaste. I usually have a hard time with all magnesium supplements, so I take this right before bed and haven’t noticed any issues. I would recommend it!
