Rapid Relief Sensitive Toothpaste, Cavity Prevention and Sensitive Teeth Treatment - 3.4 Ounces

My favorite toothpaste on the market. I recently tried to switch to another Sensodyne paste because it was on sale and that only lasted for a few days. The newer one did not feel like it was getting my teeth as clean as this variety. I don't use it for whiteness (I only just realized now that's one of the selling points) so I can't write about that effect but it's a great solid paste that gets the job done well for me. Decreases sensitivity, too.

Sensodyne Sensitive Toothpaste is amazing! It provides relief from tooth sensitivity while keeping my teeth clean and my breath fresh. Unlike other toothpastes, it’s gentle on enamel but still leaves my mouth feeling thoroughly clean. I’ve noticed a big difference in comfort when drinking hot or cold beverages. Definitely a must-have for anyone with sensitive teeth!

Love it. It really helped with the pain

This stuff is the best i had developed very sensitive teeth as in i would just b sitting thete not eating anything and my teeth would hurt n ache. Worked within 3 nights of using. This is even better than the fluoride treatments toothpaste I bought n used to buy from old dentist .that suff worked then b4 i had to leave the dentist and stopped getting it. Nowmy teeth got so bad. I read the tube of this rapid relief n it's got more stannous fluoride than all others I've found. Def recommend. 100percent . Been using a while now bc my crappy insurance wont pay for the deep clean I need or any other dental things I need. Its useless for dental but anyway. Ive always had sensitive teeth since 8th grade btw and always used some version of Sensodyne different kinds they sell. . I was on Pronamil for several years. Its the only brand I use.

Sensodyne has many different toothpastes for sensitive teeth and I've probably used them all over the years. Lately my teeth have been more sensitive than ever and actually very painful, especially after snacking on cherry tomatoes (acidic foods). My dentist recommended this particular Sensodyne and told me how to use it to be effective. Teeth are porous (who knew?!) so it's best to rub some of the paste on the surface of your teeth and let it sit for 60 seconds before brushing and don't brush too hard. Don't rinse with anything afterwards or drink anything. Let the toothpaste do it's job. Works welll for me!

Lately, my husband has had a difficult time finding the type of Sensodyne toothpaste his dentist recommended for his sensitivity. He was so happy when I was able to locate several tubes. This is what really works well for him. He likes the taste and feels that it helps him keep his mouth and teeth clean!

I have sensitive gums and wanted to try this product before going to the dentist. My gums would be so sensitive to cold that I could barely tolerate the pain. In just a few days, I noticed a huge difference and my gums were no longer sensitive. I decided to use my regular brand of toothpaste and guess what, the sensitivity returned. I quickly returned to sensodyne and it made a huge difference. I would recommend this toothpaste highly for sensitive gums.Its worth the price.

What's the trick? Here's the deal. The Sensodyne toothpaste has a very good formulation. It cleans well and allegedly it helps fortify tooth enamel. BUT... if you brush for 2 minutes and spit... it's a very brief amount of contact with your teeth. So here's what I do. I brush my teeth for about 2~3 minutes, but I do not spit out the foam. I clean my toothbrush and then jump in the shower. Take a nice thorough 10 minute shower and swirl the foam around your teeth with your tongue during that period. If there's a little too much foam, let some go. But overall, focus on your shower and let the Sensodyne toothpaste foam do its work. When you get out of the shower, dry off, and then spit out the foam in the sink. You will find that your teeth feel even cleaner. It's my belief that the extended contact of the foam with teeth helps them a lot more than just from 2 minutes of brushing. And this way you get the most out of it.
