Pricey but decent sound quality
This a second unit I purchased. First one I got from BestBuy about 3 years ago worked flawlessly.I paired both with the Ultimate Ears app. Wasn't quite easy but it worked. This unit compared with the first one comes with usb C charging port.The sound quality is ok but not the best, is got sufficient bass but highs are ok. You can improve the sound by using the EQ in the app.Pairing both speakers, are loud enough for backyard party. The feature I like the most in multiple source connections and bluetooth simultaneously. It's kind a pricey for $399

this is my second hyperboom a friend in Mexico recommended it to me, works like a charm super simple to setup, easy to connect, nice and loud perfect for outdoors!

Connection issues 6 months later.Constantly drops Bluetooth connection. Sounds like it skips. Past return date. I think I was sold a used item.

Sound is great, pairing is iffy
The sound is amazing, better than my Bose. And when used in a pair the sound fills a room or a yard. However...the pairing feature is iffy. Sometimes one speaker randomly drops from the pair and it's difficult to get back without stopping and re-pairing them again, which is frustrating to do in the middle of a party.
