Good durable material like the ones at Pilates's. Easy to inflate. Stays inflated.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Good value. I inflated it with a small hand pump. Inflating it without a pump could be a challenge.

Surface can interact badlly with wood and paint. Inflation works but is a bit soft. Hard to get the plug in before some air leaks out. Otherwise—right size and works ok for what I need it for.

Quality seems very good easy although I only had it for a week. It was simple to inflate (I used an electric pump), but it comes with a tube to blow it up if you don't have a pump. One plus is that this kind of ball can be inflated about but not quite full to assist with pelvic floor work and other therapies. I would recommend!

My Pilates teacher asked me to get this soft ball as she is going to introduce new exercises in to our Pilates Zoom classes using this equipment. This one is strong and you can make it softer by just putting less air in it. It's just as advertised so a good piece of exercise equipment taking up very little room but you can certainly do a lot of exercises using this Trideer soft ball.

I’ve been using it for balance work, glute activation, and lower‑back support, and it adds a surprising amount of challenge for such a small ball. Sowohl für Fitness Übungen, als auch mit den Kindern damit zu spielen. Der Ball kam innerhalb von 5 Werktagen nach Österreich.ganz kleines Paket, da nicht aufgeblasen. Das kann man selbst mit beigefügtem Zubehör (Verschluss, Blasröhrchen).. Alles in doppelter Ausführung. Aufblasen ging leicht, kann individuell angepasst werden. Die 23 cm Durchmesser hat er, wenn vollständig befüllt. Der Ball (bei und in violett) ist glänzend, sieht gut aus, wirkt sehr robust und hat schon einiges mitgemacht.... Abschießen,Fussball, als Sitz... Ich gebe klare Kaufempfehlung!
