Seeing life in black and white is no fun. Laura suffers from a strange disease that does not allow her to distinguish colors. To make matters worse, she just broke up with her boyfriend and her parents bicker constantly after getting divorced. To get away, she decides to get on the first plane leaving the airport. She arrives in Iceland, where she meets a friendly boy named Orri who invites her to tour the country with him and his not-so-nice pal Gudjon. It might not sound like a good idea, but there is not a lot of opportunities for runaways in Iceland, so she accepts. During this trip she learns that the two boys are hiding an unbelievable secret and that her life will never be the same.
