I love it
I got this thing for Christmas and I love it. It came packaged well and arrived in great shape. Setup was not great, but I got to learn how to adjust everything. Pickups will give you deep chugs or nice bright cleans. Push pull split coils is very real. It’s great for cutting down the thick fat humbucker for more shrilly high gain or for a pleasant stratish clean.

All round solid Guitar
Pros--Versatility, push pull pick-up selector-Great great fretwork, jumbo frets-Good pick-ups, tuners holds tune well-Looks amazing-Build quality, craftsmanship and finishingCons--High fret access is not bestPersonal preference--Bit heavier than Ibanez-Has nice snappy soundMine came in immaculate condition with questionable packaging by Amazon. It plays great and had no string buzz. Go for it if you need versatile guitar and shred machine, it's a no nonsense guitar.

Best guitar under 30k!
Awesome guitar!Mahogany wood adds a heavy tone to this guitar along with the maple top.Pickups are high output and guitar has a good sustain overall.even though it's a bolt on, the body is string through.Totally recommended for anyone who wants a great guitar under 30k.

A Pleasure In The Hands
Having never seen a Schecter guitar before, I was more than surprised with the quality of this one. The neck is second to none that I've played, and that includes an original 1963 Fender Stratocaster I bought that same year.I have medium sized hands and sometimes a guitar neck can be hard to play if it is too small and not well built. This is not the case the the Schecter.Aside from easy on the old fingers, easy to play, this is a great looking guitar as well. It has the smooth lines, rises and falls on the body that make it easy on the eyes.Of course I'd rather have a higher priced instrument. But for the playing I now do I don't need anything but this.Consider this as well - I'm not a young man (surprise!). After years of not playing I bought a Fender Dreadnought, a nice guitar, but one that almost ruined me. Having to lay my arm over the body of the guitar caused my shoulder to pitch forward just a little. That position began to cause my right shoulder to come out of joint. Fortunately, a little physical rehab and it is OK now.I can no longer play big guitars. With this solid body that problem is solved. The only thing that took me a while to get used to is the pick-ups being so close together. That too is just a matter of repositioning my right hand.I can think of nothing I dislike about this guitar. And the price for an instrument such as this is incredibly low.
