The Best
Incredible sardines. Firm but not overcooked. Very salty in my opinion, which I like but others may not. They smell and taste amazing. I eat them by themselves, no crackers or bread, just a small spoon. Better than Nuri.

Superior oil and amazing taste!
As someone who eats sardines daily, this shocked me. I have tried a few brands, top tier brands, and out of them all I find this one to be the tastiest, plus the EVOO quality is also top tier. Not all olive oils are the same and most are cut with seed oils, which I do not do. Even if there are other brands where the fish may even be tastier than this, their oil is not as good so consider me sold on Matiz brand Sardines in EVOO! My go to olive oil-based sardines!

Interesting
No rancid oil taste like most have, though perhaps a hint of soap taste? Probably would have been much better with salt and pepper. A few very large sardines, but pleasant (as opposed to the weird insect-like ones from Brunswick)
