Great bag !!
This is a very sturdy bag. I filled mine with 6 pounds of navy beans. It’s holding up very well.

Five stars from a non-martial artist
I filled this with Rice and gave it to my girlfriend as a frustration thumper for her home office. We don’t have it mounted to the wall, and she is no martial artist, but it’s held up and is comfy to punch when the zoom calls get crazy.

What you fill it with matters
A reviewer recommended #10 steel shot. I used it but it comes through the pores of the fabric. Now I have to empty and clean and fill it with something larger.

This is a keeper.
I didn't know if I'd end up not using this. But it just sits on a spot in my basement cement wall and I give it a couple rounds of punching/hitting whenever I do laundry.

Solid Bag
Note, this bag is empty and must be filled.I filled with 10lbs of #10, steel shot and the rest with sand. Steel shot adds good weight.I use for Iron Palm training on flat surface only.Sufficient for my needs.

sturdy
So far so good. I filled it with steel BB's for striking to help condition and strengthen hands. I hung it on the center support beam in house and have been punching it a minimum of 200 strikes daily for a few months now. You can strike the leather circle when knuckles become too raw to strike canvas portion of it.
