Good tracción and stickiness

Just put these on the new axial CJ7, very nice scale look and have great traction. Work well for softer dirt and on rocks. Paired with silicone inserts

Over time, I think I've tested most tread patterns, many of them from Pro-line Racing. I didn't think from the looks of the pattern that this would do the job as well as the Hyrax and others, but I was wrong. The foam insert that I used was just the one supplied with the tires, and they provided just the right amount of give and deformation to maintain grip. The foam is the standard that Pro-line gives you with almost every one of their 1.9 tires. I haven't muddied up the tires yet so that may degrade their ability to grip, but that would be true of any rubber tire. Pro-line in not an inexpensive brand normally, but given the performance then the price to quality equation favors them. Fit and finish of the rubber is good, and the rubber is generally on the softer side, which is what you get with the Predator formulation. Only time will tell how long the tread will last, but I find that the brand provides good durability and value when their tires are used for the purpose they're designed for. These are not made for bashing on concrete or macadam but I know some people will do that anyway. If used for the designed purpose (rock/trail crawling) then the performance of the Aztek tires will be fine.
