Great product! Go for it!
I bought this for my dad when we had to go on a long drive [ approximately 9 hours]. He specifically wanted a triangular shaped cushion for the neck. The product served its purpose. The foam is good, not too thick or flimsy. Excellent quality. He really loved it.

Not great ortho support
Not very ergonomic for the neck. it pushes the neck forward. if you have a stiff neck or other condition, this is downright dangerous and will aggravate the condition.
