Orlimar Golf Tangent T1 Mallet Putters for Men, Right and Left Handed with Free Headcover

Wasn't sure what to expect for the Money but was pleased with the overall feel and quality and it has helped my putting game with the 3 lines for lining up

I used this Orlimar Tangent T1 putter for the first time today for an 18 hole game of golf. I brought my usual more expensive putter along also just in case the Orlimar failed me. I found this Orlimar putter to be very accurate. I like its feel and looks. The grip could be a little wider but the one it has is fine after you get used to it. It turned to be very easy to handle and very accurate. I used it for the entire 18 holes. I made a few putts. The others were close misses. I like that I can just scoop the ball up from the cup or ground and avoid bending down with my bad back. This is a great putter at a great price. I highly recommend it. I have a few other Orlimar clubs and I find them to be well made , accurate and affordable. Great putter. Good price. Get one. P .S. I used this putter a second time today. I have to reiterate. I find this to be a great putter. I find it better than my more expensive putter and used it for all 18 holes. Used it a third time. It’s replaced my Taylor made putter. It’s highly accurate. I’m making more putts. My golf buddies are impressed with my putting improvement with this inexpensive putter. Works for me. I love it. Get one for the price. This was a gift for a new golfer. Looks awesome and feels great. This is a great club to begin playing with. Easy to line up and weighted enough to keep the stroke stable.

If you need a putter the size of a dinner plate with adjustable weights to compensate for your stroke, this is not the putter of you. Orlimar is not new to the business and this is a great putter. Not just great for the money, a great putter. If you are being tempted to spend hundreds of dollars for a big name club try this. Purchase your choice from a place that will let you return it and order this putter from Amazon. I'm betting you return the expensive one. Updated review. The longer I have this the better I like it. I recently had the chance to preview a selection of the biggest name brand putters and the Orlimar is a good as any of them.

I am not a good putter. I've tried many putters under $100 in an effort to improve my game without breaking the bank, and finally decided that I was the problem, not the equipment. After many years averaging 36 putts per round, I decided to sink a couple bucks into a new putter to go with a new set of clubs. I was surprised, even amazed, how much better I can roll the ball on line with this putter. I've taken 5 strokes off my game, averaging 30.5 putts per round last summer. I've cut it down to 33" last winter, replaced the grip with a Superstroke counterbalanced grip, and am rolling the ball even better, at least in my living room. Anxious to try this custom fit on the greens once the weather improves. Note that I liked the stock grip too, but had to cut it off to shorten the shaft.

I was struggling with distance on my milled face putter. I bought this putter on a wing and prayer, and it worked better than my highest hopes. It’s well balanced and I think the face is as hot or hotter than an Odyssey putter. Highly recommended.

Ordered this and the blade style putters together to try out. I’ve always used a blade putter but have had a nasty habit of leaving putts short. Never used a “mallet” style putter before. Tried both briefly on the practice green before a round and decided to go with the heavier mallet that day. Fell in love with it. Gives great alignment assistance, and nice heavy feeling head weight. Didn’t leave putts short that day and my next round I sank a 27 foot right breaking putt for a birdie on hole number 1. Love the fact that it has the insert in the face which gives a soft, buttery feel to your putts while still having the head weight give the solid feel of contact I’ve been looking for. Perfect compliment to my new to me Callaway irons. Nothing wrong with the matching blade style putter either, it’s going in my spare set of clubs for when my out of state buddy comes and we get to go out and play.The red color is also very striking and attractive, and the fact that both putters came with a protective head cover is a bonus. Both are great values…just depends on personal preference as to which one fits your game the best.Dont sleep on Orlimar products. Cheap putter, I use it for my Florida putter. Pretty decent for the money. It’s never the tool, it’s the operator! I think the pro’s could beat 98% of us with this putter.
