These are tasty! I’m familiar with foods cooked in tallow, so I knew they would be the thicker style of chip. I like potatoes, so it’s not a problem to have potato in my potato chip!They are lightly salted.Do I wish they had a lower price? Yes, I do! HOWEVER, the truth is that it costs money to grow and process food without chemicals that will make me, or even worse, make my children sick. And it costs money to pay people living wages. We are just so used to food being cheap but crappy. I can afford a bag of these occasionally as a nice treat.And I appreciate that food and business minded folks are making foods without seed oils; not only are they also bad for one’s health in the quantity we consume, but some of us are allergic to them!So Thank You for making these. You are doing a nice thing!

I agree with the bad reviews. In the first bag there were a mix of slightly overcooked and less cooked chipsI didn't mind the variety and I do like a good dark chip now and then. My complaint was that the potatos used were not fresh tasting and had a rather meally texture that was caused by the heaviness of the lard used to cook them together with the thichness of the chips which resulted in the chips being oversaturated with the lard which at room temperature becomes too dense.Chips need to be crisp, light and the potatos have to have a fresh flavor! The price makes it a total deal breaker. I will not reorder!

Absolutely delicious! I like that it is made with simple ingredients. I love that 100% grass feed beef tallow is used instead of seed oils.

I have read other customers rant and rave about these chips, do I decided to order them. They have only 3 ingredients, one of them being 'Beef Tallow", which is basically beef fat, I would assume. Anyway, these chips are nice and crisp, BUT, you can definitely taste the tallow, which I am NOT a fan of, thus the 2 stars. Some people may love these and love the tallow taste, but I am not one of them. I would NOT order again, in fact, I am trying to find someone to give the second bag to. Not every food product you see advertised as great is great. Just saying.

Glad to see these on the market for wellness reasons. Good flavor and crispy chips. I found them rather salty, but I also prefer low or no-salt items overall. In small amounts, they are just fine. Price is a downside, but the lack of bad ingredients is a huge plus for my crew. Will buy again.

These were bland in taste They were fried at to low a temperature and absorbed the beef tallow and were not crispy . Do they were beef tallow favoredNot worth the money

Chips were disgusting. Oversalted and BURNED. Like old grease tasting. What a waste of money. Threw them out
