So, I opened the package and was slightly concerned. Sure, the mask was soft and pliable, but it was soooo flat. I decided to actually read the instructions for wearing it, and decided to criss-cross the straps so that it would fit even more snuggly across my face. Maaaaaaan, it's my new favorite mask! (I have a ridiculously tall sycamore in my front yard that was planted 22 ago by a landscaper who switched my requested manageable sycamore for a mammoth version. Greeeeeeeat! Besides an ungodly amount of leaves that fall each autumn, each and every gigantic leaf is always covered in powdery mildew. Powdery mildew and my lungs don't mix so a good mask is a must for me or I end up with a bad case of bronchitis. Booooo!) This mask fits really tightly against the face if you spend a minute or two adjusting it. It's comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. The vent keeps condensation from accumulating. I have no issues breathing through it during strenuous activity. I can actually wear a pair of sunglasses without them fogging up. And I had NO particulate matter gather in the mask. Hallelujah! This woman will use these masks from now on. Pre-formed masks be gone!

I finally found a disposable mask that works effectively & fits my small face, comfortably! As an adult female who enjoys DIY projects, a well-fitting disposable mask is necessary.

These masks work exactly as advertised and are certified as they should be (to some of the highest standards). I am immunocompromised and have worn these masks anytime I’m indoors with more than a few people. They are more than worth the value for peace of mind (just be sure the seal is solid and air isn’t leaking so you get the full protection). The filter does make a little noise when you breathe if it’s working right; I can see that being an issue for some, but I got used to it (nobody else notices it). The thing I don’t like is the shiny surface on the vent. I went with this listing specifically because it shows them as a solid white color, yet I ended up with the flashy ones (again). It’s not harmful, obviously, I just don’t get why they needed to add this, and I wish the listing had shown proper images of that. I also think the masks are on the smaller side. Though they fit me perfectly and cover my face, a bigger man or larger-faced person might not find these comfortable. The masks are thin and lightweight with a good fit. I am able to wear them for a long time without issue. The masks also fit. Obviously, if you need to protect more than yourself or you are the ill one, these won’t help. If you’re looking for self-protection in any setting. These are perfect.

For a disposable mask these are so much more comfortable then the cup style. They fit well and conform to my face and the exhalation valve really does keep the mask so much more cool. The best thing about these mask are they fold flat and are easy to store in my tool bag and not have to worry about crushing the cup. So far these are the best disposable masks I have come across. When I comes to PPE, I trust 3M and not some flyby night unknown brand.

Purchased for sons trip to Australia during the fires. They only had to be worn during a trip to the Blue Mountains and were helpful with his asthma. No thing worn over the face is comfortable, but they are very snug and provide some measure of piece of mind as they mold over nose, mouth and chin to keep things out.

Love these masks. Extremely comfortable and easy to breathe through. Highly recommended.

A while back we ordered these 9211+ Particulate Disposable Respirators. We didn't need to use them until last week, so we left the Amazon package unopened in our office closet (we're now beyond the return window). Once we opened the Amazon delivery box, we found that the indivually wrapped 3m 9211+ masks STINK. Immediately upon opening the plastic wrappers, we could SMELL the foul odor. Each and every mask is impregnated with some kind of foul smell that no one in our company could stand. I don't recommend these at all. We've ordered seveal thousand 3m disposable respirators and the others all worked excellent. This particular style/type is highly NOT RECOMMENDED due to the smell. These are the only ones that we seen that come indivually packaged in some kind plastic wrapper for each mask. Once we opend the wrapper, the smells oozed out of the mask.

These Masks have become considerably smaller, the compartment around the nose and mouth is smaller and even the straps have been shortened and the entire mask fits way too tight now. It feels like you’re jammed up against the mask and it’s so tight around your neck that it hurts your nose from the force. This used to be the best mask and now it’s become unusable.
