I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: Arrived as described. I've been using GE Silicone Caulking my entire life. It's an awesome product and I've NEVER had a problem with it. The only thing I do not like is as a homeowner, I do not need it often, or very much at a time. I break the seal on the new tube, use a little bit to complete my project, put the capo back on, and three years later when I need it again, it's gotten to dry and started hardening up inside the tube. So I must buy a new tube for almost every project I do that needs it. That's my only complaint, which has NOTHING to do with the quality and durability of this product. It caulks, it glues, it adheres. I use it on pretty much every kind of surface you can name. Easy application and a great value for the money. The materials I have used it on are: Wood, Vinyl Sidings and Soffits, Plastics, Metals. I even had a Yard Deco Lighthouse made of stone glued to vinyl and one of the stones fell out. I used this Silicone and stick the stone back into the mortared area and it's not moved since. I highly Recommend. Good Luck.

Does it supposed to do silicone helps seal out the water leaking

This is my go-to sealant when waterproofing exterior lights after installing them. It dries super clear and is easy to work with, no mess, no cloudiness, just a clean, invisible seal.
