How can this be SO bad when the Icy White is great!
I bought the Freshmint just for a change. I wish I hadn't. The flavour is strange and not very nice - not what I would describe as 'mint' - and it is like chewing plastic after just a couple of minutes. There is no indication you are being provided with nicotine from chewing - no change in taste at all. The Icy White is just so much better - pleasant fresh flavor, a noticeable change when the nicotine is released, and it keeps a 'gum' texture for much longer. Hard to believe they're from the same manufacturer to be honest.

Helped with Cravings but Caused Headaches and IBS – Use with Caution
I tried the Nicorette Freshmint 2mg Chewing Gum to help quit smoking, and while it did reduce my cravings, the side effects were unbearable. The gum gave me persistent headaches and triggered IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), which has left me unable to eat many foods I used to enjoy. A word of advice: do not swallow the liquid that comes out while chewing the gum. It’s harsh on the stomach and likely contributed to my digestive issues. While the gum does help with smoking cravings, the side effects were too severe for me to continue using it. If you’re sensitive to nicotine or have a history of digestive problems, I’d recommend exploring other alternatives.

No nicotine
Tast is a mild mint taste ok but no feeling of nicotine no tingling no realease can chew five or more in one go same result nothing at all I don't recommend them waist of money

Don't kid yourself
Using this to give up is like an alcoholic switching from wine to beer. The addiction remains and in fact you end up with higher doses because the impediment of damaging your lungs and spoiling your breathing disappears. If you want to stop smoking then you have to totally stop nicotine - use Alan Carrs Easy way book instead - it works.

Beware I thought I was paying 7. 50 for ...
Beware I thought I was paying 7.50 for the product. It actually turns out I paid 16.50. I am still trying to work out why I paid more than double the price advertised.

Not the correct order
Delivered Ok but out of order for 2, only one was Freshmint. The other was Original flavour. Could not be bothered complaining but not happy.
