Very well made cervical pillow. The shape is made for support and proper head and neck alignment. very firm yet allowing for comfort and a decent night sleep. In two nights of using the pillow. I noticed a difference in the way my neck felt in the morning. A very welcome comfortable nights rest. Would definitely recommend this pillow and purchase it again if needed.

I love this pillow. Cradles my head and face when side sleeping. Arm slot is in perfect position for my hand. I have extreme lower back pain and stiffness when I wake up and this pillow has helped so much with that. I can actually get out of bed without having to wait and let my body "wake up". Opened the box around lunch time and let it fluff up until i went to bed. No terrible smell. Slight smell when first opened but not by the time I went to bed. For those saying it's too firm, it's a memory foam, it forms to your position and supports where its needed. Definitely have to try a few nights, don't give up after 1 night.

The media could not be loaded. Awesome pillow and supports neck very well. However, pillow sheds extremely. This is not even 2 weeks old and it’s already a eye sore. But it’s perfect for support and is so very comfortable. Definitely helped with my pinched nerve in my neck. Yes it’s a great buy outside if the shedding.

Good for someone who doesn't turn or readjust a lot in their sleep. On my back it's comfortable, but I change positions frequently, and if your head gets out of the little "nook" at all it's misaligned and uncomfortable. Made my neck hurt.

I love the neck support I don’t sleep with out it. It’s soft but not to soft that it doesn’t support my neck. Arms don’t quite stay in the arms area but I don’t about that and it doesn’t make you sweaty when hot so good material

Love these pillows/ great for my neck

Purchased to solve chronic neck muscle pain due to being a side-sleeper. Was advertised as a solution for back- and side-sleepers.The pillow does work for back sleepers, appropriately cradling the head.This product does not work at all for side sleepers. Why not? The base of the pillow is not elevated enough off the bed to prevent your head and neck from having to bend down towards it while sleeping.Also, know that the pillow is shipped to you coiled tightly in a rectangular box. Even after waiting hours for the 'memory foam' to unroll, it is still ineffectively plump for solving the side-sleeper issue.

I have bad neck issues, and I started getting numb arms when sleeping. This pillow was so great that I didn't get any numbness. It doesn't matter if I'm lying on my back or side, it supports my neck. I'm hoping over time it helps give me back my curve in my spine. It came squished from the packaging, but if you beat it out, it will get the shape you need.
