I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the next day. However, upon inspection, I noticed several issues.First, the LCD screen was faulty, scrolling random letters instead of displaying clear text, and the scales were inaccurate. To my surprise, there was no manual included, and the security sticker on the LCD screen was missing. This made me wonder if the item might not be new, especially after contacting Bosch, who confirmed that new units should have both the sticker and the manual.The mixer did perform well when I tested it on the manual setting, producing good dough.I was disappointed by the lack of new product assurances and the inconvenience of returning such a heavy item. I ended up walking to the shop, (14 a mile) with my daughter carrying the mixer for me, as I have had previous surgery.
