Je prends cette créatine depuis plusieurs semaines et les effets se font vraiment sentir : meilleure récupération, un peu plus de force sur les séries lourdes, et une sensation de muscles plus pleins au fil des jours. Elle se mélange très bien dans l’eau ou dans un shaker avec la whey, sans goût particulier ni grumeaux. Le format est pratique, la qualité semble top, et le rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Franchement, c’est un complément simple, efficace et sans chichi — exactement ce qu’on attend d’une bonne créatine.
