Way better deal than drinking out of an aluminum can.
I like this because I can meter my caffeine intake for energy. Taste really good! Great value versus buying cans. The texture smoothly dissolves. Very effective! A little focus or working out.

My first time using a pre workout other than coffee or an energy drink and this is some strong stuff. I only use a 1/4 of the scoop because when it kicks in you can feel the energy rush. Mixes easily in water but I prefer it with a tiny bit of ice or cold for a better taste.

Works, but be careful.
This makes you jittery(at least for me it did) after a while also the flavor made me nauseous I have no clue why. But for the price is usually good starter for pre workout, just be on the lookout for the jitters and the weird feels you get depending on the taste. With that being said, it did help me have a better workout, more energy, sweated a lot, but again, be cautious with it.
