This is a traditional fit vest, so sizing is accurate. That, in itself, is a real +plus+ because manufacturers keep making clothing smaller and "fitted" presumably for cost savings. No need to size up or down...order your regular size! Fleece is light to medium type thickness, so it's great to wear with a T-shirt or regular shirt without getting too warm. Lots of available colors, too. Recommended. *Update: Be aware that these arrive individually in vacuum sealed bags. Both vests I ordered each had severe wrinkles from being vacuum sealed and then stuffed into a shipping container with whatever else stuffed on top. On one vest, the wrinkles finally loosened up after a few washes. The remaining vest still has pronounced creases from poor packing. It might be going back if the fabric is actually damaged.
