I bought this for a gift for a friend. He loves it. He can live alone. Peace of mind.

Product works fine. Very happy with features of lift
I was skeptical after returning another similar chair whose suction cups would not release the floor. This one worked fine. We have already had to use it to lift my fallen wife 4 times in the last two months. Portable enough to carry upstairs and downstairs. Sturdy. Suction cups work but are easily removeable after use. It took a while, for my wife to get the idea she has to skrunch up the 2" to sit on the seat. However, all is working fine. A seat belt may be handy as she wants to leave the ride before it has stopped moving. However, all is working as described. Very easy to stand up on the closet floor to store. As small a storage footprint as practical. Back wheels make it easy to move or drag. This is the best one I have seen for my money. Value is good. So far this has saved my a lot of money. No problems with quality yet. I have not tried the warrantee. The MFR requires saving the large box in the basement for proof of ownership and shipping?

Chair did not even last 6 weeks and 5 or 6 uses.
Chair delivered May 22, 2026. Used it may five or six times and it died at the end of June. Terrible disappointment. It was charged and power was going to the lift mechanism, since all of the lights were on. Just did not work.

Saves caregivers’ backs and easily lifts patients
Buy this one! I would give this 100 stars if I could! We care for an elderly relative who frequently loses balance. This is GAME CHANGER to help her get up without pulling her up & hurting her arthritic joints. It also SAVES BACK STRAIN of CAREGIVERS. We have tested it on 220 lb family members as well and it is entirely stable. Get this!!!

Ease of use
I love this chair because I have problems with my knees and gettin out of a tub was not possible. It was so simple to put together and it’s so simple to use. I think a weight limit is important. I weigh 170 pounds and it can handle that.

Helpful chair
Very helpful for someone that falls and can’t get back up. Light easy to move easy to pack and stable when using. Hold charge so can use inside or outside. Also waterproof for aid to get in and out of tub The wheels help with moving chair to use.
