I much prefer this to the other market leader for removing limescale. Not only is it just as good as the brand leader but it smells lovely. The bathroom always smells super clean after using this. Great prices on amazon too - its a bit more pricey than other brands but worth it !

Works best on chrome bathroom fixtures such as taps really well. Gives them a brand new gleam. However, bought item to clean watermarks from shower screen and it doesn't work as well unfortunately. Even with some elbow grease and a scourer. Overall, ok product.

I really wish I took a before picture of the sink because I was absolutely SHOCKED by the results. You know the side of your kitchen sink where your dish drying rack sits? Well, I moved into a flat where the previous tenants just let the hard British water collect there for God knows how long and overtime there was just hard, brown limescale caked on there. I bought this to use on my shower and the results were okay - it did the job well enough, nothing life changing. So, after multiple attempts at soaking and scrubbing the sink with everything possible, I thought to give this a try because why not right? The smell is incredibly strong and makes my head hurt and my face itch, so I walked away for a bit to let it sit and for the smell to subside. I was ready to use all my elbow grease to scrub when I dragged the sponge across the surface and IT IMMEDIATELY WIPED CLEAN. A whole miracle. I’m still shocked. It wiped completely with minimal effort to reveal a brilliant, sparkling sink.

I live in Brighton and we have the kind of hard water which adds limescale to everything it regularly contacts and takes the shine off, even stainless steel. For making tea, coffee and ice cubes I have a jug water filter but that's no help elsewhere. This HG limescale remover has done a great job of restoring the shine to my kitchen and bathroom taps, reviving my shower head, my stainless steel drainer, and making my sink plugs look only 20 years old instead of 80. You can't entirely turn back the tide but this does a better job than any similar product I've tried.

HG products are a favourite product of mine because they work so well.When the product arrived and was open however, the product was leaking in a sealed bag, the nozzle was open and on 'spray' which then leaked into the box it was in.Damage may have occurred in transit but an error also occurred with the product nozzle vein opened.Having said that, as there was not much leakage, it is usable.

Really worked well on our shower screen, but the spray was inbetween a jet and spray, so it just sort of foamed. It really needs a spray to get good coverage on something like a shower screen so we ended up with a lot of streaks. Thats whay only 4* out of 5*. It certainly removed the limescale that the spray managed to hit!
